2. Subscription Plans
Voice2mail offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: No charges apply - no refunds necessary
- Basic Plan: $9.99 per month - 50 emails per month with advanced features
- Pro Plan: $29.99 per month - Unlimited emails with premium features
3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for our 7-day money-back guarantee:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- This applies only to first-time subscribers to a particular plan
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service
- The request must be made through proper channels (see Section 7)
4. Subscription Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests for renewals in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented service usage for an extended period
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
- Service downtime exceeding our service level commitments
Renewal refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are generally not provided for unused portions of subscription periods. However, we may consider partial refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

9. Cancellation vs. Refund

- Refund: Returns payment for the current billing period and immediately revokes access to paid features

10. Billing Disputes

11. Service Credits
In some cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer service credits:
- Credits can be applied to future subscription payments
- Credits do not expire but are non-transferable
- Credits will be forfeited if the account is permanently closed
12. Force Majeure
Voice2mail is not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures that affect our ability to provide the service.
13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
